12-Month Warranty – All standard packaging products covered against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
Custom Products
6-Month Warranty – Custom printed and branded products covered for print quality, material performance, and specification compliance.
Industrial Products
18-Month Warranty – Heavy-duty industrial packaging with extended coverage for demanding applications and environments.
Eco-Friendly Line
9-Month Warranty – Biodegradable and compostable products with coverage for material integrity and degradation timeline.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Report Issue
Contact our warranty department at +1 (972) 555-0126 or warranty@kosmos-international.com within warranty period.
2. Document Problem
Provide photos, batch numbers, and description of the issue. Our team will guide you through documentation requirements.
3. Investigation
Our quality team investigates the claim, may request samples, and determines warranty coverage within 5-7 business days.
4. Resolution
Approved claims result in replacement product, credit, or refund. Most warranty claims resolved within 10 business days.
Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under our standard warranty
Misuse & Abuse
Damage from improper use, exceeding weight/capacity limits, exposure to incompatible chemicals, or use outside intended applications.
Environmental Damage
Damage from extreme temperatures, UV exposure, moisture, or storage conditions outside specified parameters.
Normal Wear
Expected degradation from normal use over time, color fading, minor scratches, or cosmetic changes that don’t affect functionality.
